Ripoff! Big Crooks

Ray overman handled my aunt's estate sale and the ADM of Estate sold Ray Overman a coin collection before the estate sale. For $1300.00, then on the day estate sale he sold them for $3300.00.

My mother brought the coin collection. Found out later this had been done. We filed a complaint with NC Auction Board and they said that he violated the law in doing. But nothing has been done. So beware of these Crooks.
