Ripped Off by Estate Sale Con Artist

Patsy Rushing agreed to hold an "Estate Sale" at my home while we still lived in it - She encouraged us to leave while the sale occurred - but my daughter and her family stayed at our house. The sale was supposed to be held for 3 days, but instead was closed early on Saturday and cancelled on Sunday. Despite numerous requests, this woman has never given me any accounting of the items sold and amount and has never returned the key to may house (HOW STUPID I WAS TO TRUST HER), I have had to changed the locks. She advertises that she does not run a resale shop or e-bay store, but she prices very low and invites all her friends in on day one to pick up the bargains. I had a $250 Coach briefcase (LIKE NEW) that she marked for $5.00. This is not a reliable business woman - if it sounds too good to be true - trust your gut it is too good to be true. I have never seen a dime from this sale.
