Ripped off by remax AGAIN

As a real estate investor I made my first purchase with a REMAX agent representing me and it was the nost bothced up sale I could have ever experienced. The agent was exteemely unprofessional and did not know how to handle a sale correclty. The next REMAX agent I used had an OPEN HOUSE to sell my house. The 'prospective buyers' got off with some of my jewelry and belongings duing the open house right under her nose.

I have just purcahsed a property today, thank goodness I was NOT represented by REMAX agent, But unfortunately, this / bumble brain' from REMAX who represented teh seller was there. He tried to get involved in the way I wanted the sales contract and thoroughly disrupted my sale. He als odid nto know anything about how to n=handle hte sale sionce it was an estate sale. He did nto know all correct proceedings and kept providing incorrect info, prolonged length of sale. He also put up a sold sign as soon as I gave a deposit-he shoud lhave put sale pending. Then he decied to put up a for sale sign even though closing was going thorugh and for sale sign was up until day of closing.

REMAX is this waht you cal la Real estate Professional? You must be kidding. Now I understadn why the real estate industry is in such shambles since property sales are put in the hands of people like this that know absolutely nothing abotu waht they are supposed to be doing

The first RENAX agent I dealt with, I thought had to be one of their worst, now I see today REMAX has a factory that produces unknowledgeable and unprofessional real estate agents. I will never use a remax agent and will be sure to let everyone know about their limited abilities
