They keep delivering the neighbors' packages to me. And more. - united parcel service

I live in a duplex and I always seem to get my neighbors' mail, UPS doesn't care, either. It is really annoying to go outside and have a big package on my front doorstep on a frequent basis. I am not responsible for these peoples' mail and I just leave it there, they can pick it up themselves. So sick of being the intermediate delivery person so I stopped. Well, today, the guy left yet another package along with a package of my own. I picked mine up but left the other. The UPS guy jumped out of the truck and said, "You're just going to leave it there so it can blow away?" after I told him that this isn't mine. I will, because it's not my job to deliver the mail, it's his. They do nothing about it, either, just shrug it off. The neighbors live in the BACK of the house, not the front. How hard is it to fix? The landlord says that UPS has been told many times but they just refuse to do anything about it. I'm sick of this.
