Ripoff don't have home phone never heard of the company before this

I got online today to check my statement, as I do every two weeks when my husband gets paid. I saw a charge from a company I have never heard of: 1rate.com.

I immediatly contacted my bank, and they sent me affadavit forms via internet for me to take into the bank. Thank God they have a quick and sucessful complaint department.

I checked on the website, it seems to be a long-distance company. It is interesting, because I do NOT have a home phone, we only have cell phones that we use for all calls. They cannot charge me long distance when I don't have a phone to use! I urge ANYONE working with this company to close the account immediatly and check your statements carefully in the future (if not change account #'s).
