Www.1rate.com Credit Card ripoff screwed others too

Went to check my account online and there it was&BAM! Autopymt to www.1rate for $49.95. I've never even heard of 1rate creditcard. I've heard 1rate long distance and I never authorized pymnt to either. I am disputing it through my bank.
