Ripoff 49.95 plus 19.95 out of my checking account, who are they?

I got my checking account statement and I noticed that this company has debited 49.95 and 19.95 from my checking account. How did they get my checking account number and who are they. I went on online to find there web site it just list a long distance service. I want my money back.
