False dac report from noble & pitts trucking alabama

Nobile & pitts put a false dac report out on me. They claim i misused company funds while i had trucks leased to them. I droped leas because they clamd my driver ed who worked for me 3years befor i leased to thim. I had two separet checks from them one on my truck and one on ed's truck.

Ed's check after the first week stared to com up short. I called the company to see why they clamd ed was selling fuil. But what i found was that they was charging ed, s truck for fuil used by thar company trucks.

Ed had never stold the 3 years he worked for me wal we wased least to welborn transport. Iwas least to them two months be for i caught them and quit. I jest found about the dac report and called nobile&pitts to find out what they ment about i missused c founds. The lady claimed they gave me a tcheck for tnn tags. They did give me a tceck for tags but the state of tnn wood not accept a tcheck.

So i called thim and told them what was going on they told me to give a the state one of my personal checks so i did. So i gave my wife the t check and put it in my bank. She deposit it in the bank two weeks later the bank wrote me to tell me that they did not acsopt tchesks and they sent it back to nobale&pitts. So i colled them and told them the check was being returnd. They told me not to worry the check had not ben cashed and they wood cancel it.

They clam i oue them for the tags wutch i padfor with my on money. Thy cept my last check i hope yall can help me with this lie becose every time i coll them to try to git this stright thay hangup on me. Thes lie on the dac has cost me from giting 3 jobs allreaty. Thanks four help urstruly
