He came and took pictures at my wedding and ran with my money never to provide me with the pictures I paid for. Refuses to respond to any attempts to contact him, has moved, changed his phone number and jobs. He was court ordered to reimburse me for what i paid him and has not even acknowledged the court order. There are approx. 8 other people he has done this to.

The IRS is after him check him out at Maricopa County Recorder.
