A few months ago, I noticed a newspaper on the driveway, I didn't pay much attention since is normal to see a paper there from time to time, but in this case, the very next day a saw another one, still didn't care.
Four days later a saw a four papers on the floor, all wet from my sprinklers water, I pick them up and trashed them, the next Friday I had to do the same, then I realized that they were delivering the paper to me by mistake for sure I though.
I called the LA Times to report the error, I told them that I had never requested any paper subscription, the lady at the phone apologize for the mistake then told me that she will fix the error.
A couple of months later I got a collection notice from LA Times demanding the payment of $36 dollars or they will send report me to the credit companies.
I called LA Times to complain but now they say there is nothing they can do cause may case in the collection office! It's incredible how a respected newspaper conducts this department in such shameless, irresponsible and callous way.
