Missed Pape

My Sunday Tribune Newspaper for 8/7 was not delivered.

I call the Tribune Delivery service three times at 8:00 AM, 10:30 AM and at 11:30 AM. Each time the customer service representative promised to deliver my Sunday Paper.

It is now 5:00 PM and no paper. The Tribune Distributor in DeKalb, Illinois did not deliver my paper. All the Tribune Company will do is credit my account.

This has happened to me several times before. I do not want a credit. I want my Sunday Newspaper.
