REOzone, liars rip off artists cons charge for providing old useless data

Tried a 3-day trial to check out quality of real estate owned property data. (which was moderate to below average because it was old.)

I used my credit card to pay for the service and I immedately contacted REOzone.com by e-mail to make sure they didn't continue using my credit card to bill me for services after the 3-day trial.

The next day, they sent a response to my request and I followed the directions.instead of ensuring my credit would not continue to be billed for any additional services, the directions they gave me resulted in cancelling my subscription from that moment forward. I paid for a 3-day trial but received less than 24 hours.

When I tried to straighten things out, they did not respond to 2 phone calls and 2 emails I sent to them so I called me credit card company to cancel. Now, they're responding the my request to my credit card company stating they are totally within their rights.

Apparently, they think it is (1) okay to charge money for a service for a stated period of time, (2) give a bogus response to clients' requests for directions that ensure client's credit cards will be billed one time only BUT actually result in cancelling the subscription immediately without providing services for the remainder of the term that was paid for by credit card.

This SLIMEY organization appears to be MORE CONCERNED with PILING UP CREDIT CARD CHARGES TO THEIR CLIENTS than with providing the actual service they claim to provide.

REOzone appears to be a LOW LIFE BOTTOM FEEDING ORGANIZATION that is not interested in providing quality but rather CHARGING as much ON CLIENTS CREDIT CARDS as they can GET AWAY WITH before their clients realized they just got ripped off.
