Continues to Charge my credit card even after I stopped the program within their trial period

Rezv offers anti-aging pills which I ordered a free trial and required to pay for shipping cost of $4.95. After providing my credit card number to pay for shipping and handling expense, I received the product and did not like it. I notified the company prior to the 14 day trial period ended to let them know DO NOT CONTINUE to bill my card that I am not interested in receiving a monthly supply. You do not know that initially but only after you receive your trial shipment that you must pay attention to see the fine print.

After calling the company to cancel they confirmed the cancellation. The next month came around and I received a bottle in the mail but there was no 800 number to contact the company. Then the following month I received another bottle with a card that did have their 800 number. When contacting them to again request they stopped I realized they had charged my credit card for $87.97 for 2 months. I requested a refund and informed them I would send back the unopened bottles but I refused to pay the shipping. They would not credit my card, refused to allow me to speak to a supervisor, would not give me the CEO's name. This is totally a company that scams the consumer. I called my credit card company and found out they were using varying names when charging so it would be difficult for them to stop charging my card. I have now filed a report with the authorities... Will see if that works.
