Www.dotnow.com is a rip off

I have called dotnow.com for 3 months to cancel my service. They have billed me 3 times for 9.95 which should be a one time service. I finally got a hold of them on Feb 5th and they said my last 9.95 would be taken off my credit card it still hasn't been taken off. I have tried several more times to contact them by phone and e-mail to no avail.in fact I never used there service couldn't get on it in the first place. I think this is a rip off and alot of lies on there part. Thank-You
