Ripoff dishonest & liar

I tried to purchase a puppy from Jan Reinhart in June. I sent the full payment of $1150.00. When the time came to ship the puppy at the end of July Ms Reinhart started ignoring my emails, phone calls, letters, then she had so many different excuses as to why she could not ship. She had a sick family member, then an operation, then no way to the airport and the excuses go on. I have been waiting for my refund since August, still no check. The check was supposedly sent to me 4 times, the excuses as to why I do not get it are. She had the wrong address, made up an address, returned to her as undeliverable and thos excuses go on. I have been in contact with the better business bureau and the attorney general's office of Mississippi and still nothing.

My suggestion is beware of this woman. She starts out very nice and helpful and then it turns into a nightmare.
