Found this organizaiton on-line. Communicated with ms. Jan reinhart by e-mail to agree upon an amount for a yorkie puppy. Sent money in september. Client received and cashed my check and assured me dog would be sent following week. The following week she said the pup was sick and she couldn't send it. The week after she said it would be on a plane but it was never sent. Finally i asked for a refund which she agreed to but never sent. Always had an excuse such as it much have been lost in the mail, she sent the check to the wrong name etc.in december i finally received a check and 10 days later it bounced.
