RIPOFF had me pay her money for a puppy I never received and then never returned my money. She has lied about the reasons given all kinds of excuses, operations, sick dogs, not good quality

Jan Reinhart of Tinydarlings.com took my money for a yorkshire puppy and never delivered it. I have never gotten my dog or my refund. She has lied about sending the dog then saying she has had operations, sick dogs, etc. She has lied about sending the refund saying it was lost in the mail, her bookkeeper is sending and for two months would not return phone call, emails etc. But she would respond to me if I used another name and asked about buying a puppy. She's a liar, thief and is committing fraud. All beware!
