ATM didn't dispense cash but took money from my account

On July 31 I used an ATM belonging to Cardtronics. I tried five times to get $200.00 cash, but it was never dispensed. I checked my account and it showed the $200.00 was taken out. I contacted my bank. They did an investigation and proved that the ATM did take the $200.00, but my bank put the money back in my account. Cardtronics has not settled with my bank, so now the bank is taking the money back out of my account.
