Atm deducted money from account & did not dispense cash

On september 8 i attempted to make an atm withdrawl of $240 at the atm machine of the greenpoint bank located at 74-11 metropolitan ave middle village new york 11379. The atm machine did not dispense cash and deducted money out of my account.

I contacted the branch manager and was told they he could not help me. I had to file an affadavit with my bank to get my money back. Several bank tellers at the location stated that if i didn't like greenpoint i should go to another bank in a rude manner. It took me 14 days to get the money back that the atm took out of my account. Again on september 23 the same atm machine did not dispense cash when i attempted to make a withdrawl for $180.

Again i went into the greenpoint bank to ask for help. I was told that the machine has been doing this to many customers for several days. Again i was told to file another afadavit with my bank. Greenpoint bank is ripping off many atm customers with this atm machine. They have not attempted to repair it. It is taking people's money & not dispensing any cash.

Greenpoint is robbing customers of their hard earned money. It was a horrifying experience for me & other people too. I hope this information will help other people to be careful when using atm machines. The greenpoint employees 74-11 metropolitan ave all need to be fired for the worst customer service, rude, and nasty, behavior. Fix your atm machine greenpoint!!!
