No proof of payment or promised refund after four weeks

I have been talking to one of their agents. I keep asking them to send me proof of payments, but all they say is that I should email their support team. I have been doing so for the last four weeks with no reply. I was even told by Sherley: "I have refunded all your charge (s). Please allow 24 hours for the refund to be processed and 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect back into your account. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience you may have" and Sherley: "We have refunded you $159.60 charges". This never happened and I am still waiting.

If they really want to refund me then they will do so, but they do not want to, even though they said they would. I was even told that the support team would get back to me within the next 12 hours, and it has been over 1 week now with no reply. Something fishy is going on with this group of people.
