Billed for 12 Months After Ordering One $19 Reading

I ordered one reading for $19 that was a one-time thing, only to find out that they have been taking money every month for the rest of the year, and they can't tell me what the first 5 months were for. I have been writing to them for the last 2 weeks with no response and had to chat to a person in a chat room they provided to get a reaction. I also never received any proof of payment from them.

They can tell me what the payment was for since the date of 11-06 but can't tell me what the other payments were for since the beginning of the year (February, March, April, May). I am under the impression that they have been taking the $19 ever since, although it was only a one-time reading, and they can't tell me what I have been paying for.

I feel I need a refund for the rest of the 11 months. They say they can only refund me for the last 3 months and that is not good. I have saved all the conversations we had. What they are saying and what the bank statements are showing does not make sense.
