Was bulled for 12 months and only had one request

I ordered one reading for $19 that was a once of thing only to find out that they have been taking money off for the rest of the year every month, they cant tel me what the first 5 months was for. I have been mailing them for the last 2 weeks with no response and had to chat to a person on a chat room they provided to get a reaction. I also never received any proof of payment from them. They can tel me what the payments was for sins the date of 11-06 but cant tel me what the other payments was for sins the beginning of the year. (February, March, April, May) I am under the impression that they have been taking the $19 ever sin's all though it was only a once of reading, they can't tell me what have I been paying for. I feel I need a refund for the rest of the 11 months, they say they can only refund me for the last 3 months and that is not good. I have saved all the conversations we had. What they are saying and what the bank statements are showing does not make sens.
