I became a customer of sprint a year and a half ago. I started out paying 29.99 a month. Within the past few months, I noticed that the charges have gone beyond my monthly bill. I have been communicating practically monthly now trying to get the overages solved. They offered more minutes for 39.99. I chose it in order to not overspeed my limit. I donot talk excessively, my phone bill is now 151.00. My contract expires in March. I will never ever do sprint again. I am switching to a minutes phone. I feel like I have been ripped off.
