Injured on their inversion table in Lakeland, FL store that was out on display and put together wrong - Their Stamina Inversion Table

I was injured in the Lakeland, FL Play It Again Sports store on their inversion table they put together wrong and had out on display. Their advertised motto then was to "try it before you buy it". This machine slammed me violently upside down with extreme force - my neck popped, couldn't eat solid food for 7 months, then had to get cervical (neck) fused and have been fighting need for 3-4 more levels to be fused ever since. Other alternative to fusion is artificial disc replacement and the owner, Sandy Fortin, has been fighting me to get any and all surgeries I need to get my neck stabilized. Holding up my head alone is a constant sick painful challenge and I have to ice my neck every single day and night because inflammation makes even sicker. How can someone fight getting medical attention needed and for so long? This 1/29 will be 8yrs since happened.
