We had and emergency situation with our dog a couple of weeks ago and we found Dr Flanders name on the side of a building so we thought we would give him a try. Turns out this Dr is the most careless Dr i have ever ran. I have had dogs all of my life and i have never had a vet or secretary speak to me the way they did. I brought my dog in the office for a potential foot injury, the Dr picked my dog up by the hair on his neck and slammed him on the table, after no x-rays of any kind he gives me an antiflamatory and called it a fracture. Turns out my dog is in a very fragile state after going to stoney creek vet my dog has a neck injury due to a fall, i have to keep my dog very calm so the disc does not rupture, so picking my dog up by the neck skin was not a good ideal, this was two weeks ago and my dog was in a tremendous amount of for two week until i found a real Dr. Dr Jerry Flanders should loose his license and should never care for peoples pets.
