Unreturnable Unused Merchandise

I have purchase the Quercetin Package Deal they have since I was afraid to try another skincare and end up wasting my money and it states that i can return items if it doesnt work. So got the item, tried it for a few weeks, didnt work for my skin and did not see any improvements either. So i returned it. And today I got an email saying that im getting another package, in which i remember emailing them to cancel it. I called the 1800 no and was told that she cannot stop the current shipment AND I CANNOT RETURN THE ITEM!!! I said what am i gonna do with it? She said i can give it away! (a $132 item?!!) that is already a grocery shopping for me! I asked if there's anyone i can speak with to complain, she asked me instead why did i return the item?!!! And she was gonna transfer me to a beauty consultant instead! They should say that on their site so consumers knows what they're getting into!!!
