X-cell wireless ripoff will illegally charge your credit card even if you don't have and account with them!

In September when I was looking at my charges on my account, I noticed X Cell Wireless had charged my credit card $250.00. The weird thing is I never signed a contract with this company for any services they have to offer.

I've tried many times to contact the manager or owner of this place and left numerous messages but no phones calls has been returned. Don't get fooled by this company.
