Unethical-bad business practice-lots of complaints-target the weak

On or around March a telemarketer called my business establishment. They literally coerced one of my employees to agree to the use of their services.
I found out when I got the bill. Proceeded to cancel but the company kept sending me invoices. I would email them, I would get no response back; but more invoices kept arriving threatening to charge me late fees. I finally call them up.

They were rude to me on the phone, proceeded to call me a "thief" when I refused to pay for the services that I NEVER AUTHORIZED - as I am the owner.

What company would ever call their customers "thief." I told them that we do not do business over the phone, I received no contract and verbal authorizations are not binding. He proceeded to tell me that I am "illiterate" and that I know nothing about the law... He was very demeaning to me and told me "Isn't Hawaii part of the U.S.?" "If it is, then you should abide by the laws - otherwise you are a thief of services." That's what they told me. I told them not to bother my employees or I will take legal action.

I reported them to the Federal Trade Commission and the Better Business Bureau in Miami. I sent them written notices to cease any contact with me or my establishment.
Prior to reporting them to the BBB, I found out that this company "tapes" part of the conversations to use it as evidence that someone authrized the services. They did this without notifying the recipient firsthand.

Should be deal with people like this? Does this sound like an establishment that runs an honest business and CARES about the service they provide their customers?
Global Source Center likes to prey on the "weak" - those companies/individuals that won't say a thing to the authorities even if they feel they are being ripped off.

They use telephone "strong-arm" tactics to get money from you and are usually successful with those people who don't know any better than to keep paying their bill.
There is no reason for me to give out the names with the people that I dealt with in this company. They are probably fake names. Think of the racial population in Miami - well the voices/accents didn't match the names that were given - there's a clue.

Be aware people - I didn't drop a cent to satisfy this company. After all of this, they have finally stopped bugging my establishment.
