I purchased a cell phone from Stop@Wireless at the Mission Valley Mall in San Diego, CA. I signed a contract for the 2 year cell service which happened to be for Verizon Wireless. I did not see or sign a (in house) contract for Stop at Wireless which thay are now saying that I owe them $400.00 for early termination. I requested several times to get the contract in question sent or faxed to me so I could see the document and Michael Najar the owner promised me he would get it to me right away. He never did send the contract. I received the contract from my bank after disputing the charges.

After seeing the contract it was clear that the contract was generated after the bank requested it and that the signatures on the contract were not mine. I have since filed complaints with the FTC, California Attorney Generals office, Local Police and the BBB.
