M&S cleaning service cashed in and never showed! - Cleaning Services

Scheduled a cleaning service of 3 hrs.in late Sept. But had to cancel as contractor was not finished.in trying to reschedule, an excuse was made each time and finally no contact/call backs at all. Called LS and they said voucher had been cashed and they could do nothing but they did acknowledge several cancellations had occured. LS will not stand behind their clients and refuse to make it right. They allow cashing of vouchers without verification of service, will not support the customer, and should not be used at all. Also, be careful of them reinventing themselves under a new name (not sure yet but may be CrowdSavings, be sure to check) and do not give voucher numbers out before service is performed (they may not show)!! Customer service will not help or be civil at all when you have a complaint. Very different attitude received at Groupon when problems arise. Beware!!!
