This facility runs the kitchen at the pines nursing home in olean, ny 14760... The people working there now are a bunch of misfits. The manager has no knowledge of what she is doing. Workers are mostly handicapped... Or slow. Manager has people as supervisors that are not even qualified/she has family members and friends working as well. Food is terrible and most times what is on the menu is not served because it was not ordered as a part of food to be ordered. Something needs to be done. Surprise state visit, the manager replaced... Something.
