I do not know who is managing the pines of olean facility, but she has not a clue what she is doing. People she has hired are really dumb or handicapped. At one time she had her family working. The food is horrid as the cook if that what she is cannot cook. People that are supervisors cannot do the job, is this the sort of people you want providing professional care for your family, i think not. Can something be done. Help
