My wife and I were in the above Public House on Sat 15/09 at from 16.30pm to 18.30pm and were requiring another drink around 1800pm there were around 15 people at the bar waiting with one bar staff who kept disappearing to take out food leaving everybody stood at the bar waiting, at least 10 people walked out including my wife and I as we were leaving we saw the young girl coming out of the kitchen with food and told her what was happening she said would you like to speak to the manager I said yes he opened the kitchen door and I told him people were leaving because they could not get served at the bar he said "let them" so I said what an attitude to have you are the manager so he told me to "piss off"I feel that if this is his attitude to customers what is he doing trying to manage a pub. We will not be returning whilst he is there.
