LivingSocial promotes "merchant partners" but takes no responsibility for misrepresentation or damages - Rust Away Pressure Washing, Ft. Lauderdale

LivingSocial solicited me to purchase a $99 voucher for a"Rust Away Pressure Wash". They started the job today and when asked why they were not revving the "rust" on the pavement the "Rust Away" people said they can't do that.
I left the house for an hour or so and returned to find they pressure washed my patio around my pool without having the common sense to move the outdoor pool furniture and stained the lounge cushions. They also pressure washed dirt and debris into my swimming pool.
When I called LivingSocial about the misrepresentation they promoted for their "merchant partner" they hid behind technicalities and fine print refusing to return my $99 or offer any assistance. Their bottom line "take it up with the Merchant". I guess the company they promoted as their "merchant partner" is not a partner if there is a problem.
