Ripoff bogus credits lies bad customer service

I had a problem with a customer service rep while on hold for over 40 minutes i used my cell phone to call in and got another rep whom heard how rude and arrogent the first man was. Thinking the second man was nice i was given a 20 dollar credit. Only to find that my next bill came with a surprise the 20 dollar credit was offset by making my bill 21 dollars more for the month and when i called in to complain to the person whom gave me the credit i was told they had to do this to make my bill right so you see it wasnt a credit i was given it was a pacifier and was told they would research the issue and make a decision as to whom was wrong and you can bet its not them
