They keep telling me that my address does not exist - FedEx home delivery

The package, according to the FedEx website, has been on the truck to my house four separate times for the past four days. Each time, they write me an email saying they can't find the address. It's a house on a regular street with a big street number on the garage. We've lived here for ten years, get mail each day, get UPS packages delivered here all the time, but FedEx can't find the address. Who do they hire for drivers — people with no sense of direction and no ability to find a normal, standard everyday address. I've called them twice about it now, and each time I assure them that the address really is correct. Geeech!
