Frozen Account With $120.00 Held After Three Months

PayPal froze my account and has sent continuous emails for over 3 months. I have spent several dollars on faxes, mail and time. I have done exactly as they required, but then they made another excuse for not unrestricting the account. I called their toll-free number and no one would help me.
I would advise everyone to quit using PayPal before something bad happens to them as well! They have $120.00 of my money and will not give it back! Thank you.
