Pay Pal frozen account

Pay pal froze my account and has sent continuous emails for over 3 months. I have spent several dollars on faxes, mail, & time.
I have done exactly as they required, but then they made another excuse for not unrestricting the account.
I called their toll free number and no one would help me...

I would advise everyone to quit using paypal before something bad happens to them as well!
They have $120.00 of my money and won't give it back!
