Tax ready or not... It's a ripoff

I have been waiting for a refund of $995 since September. Three weeks after several missed "coaching calls" and last minute reschedules, I asked for a refund. I faxed a letter requesting the refund as instructed and have spoken to more than eight (8) representatives over the past five (5) months, who have changed stories of how and when payment would go out. I have maintained a log of who/when/what for a lawsuit if needed.

I found out in recent efforts to call them that no one can be reached at all and the up front mailboxes are full and can't take messages. This isn't the first time I've noticed this, but I haven't been able to sneak around to getting anyone this time! Needless to say, all those 100s of 1000s of customers and advanced monies they've received did not go into their IT or Customer Relationship Management system.

I have recently filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau in LA as they have an office in Santa Monica and a Dispute Claim with my credit card company in efforts to receive payment. I am interested in participating in a class action suit against the company, should anyone be working on this.
