Loan Modification Declined Despite Three Faxes of Documents

I spoke with Ms. Monica Gill on 9/30/08. She stated that additional documentation was needed.

I placed a return call on 10/10/08 to verify that the information was received, with the exception of the flood information; the insurance company was researching the best options.

My phone calls to Monica Gill have gone on for a period of 3 weeks without any return call from her. The information has been faxed 3 times. On the last day, according to my letter, 10/22/08, I faxed 13 pages including the flood information, as well as the information sent via fax from another office, Louisiana Housing Program.

I received confirmation that this information was received. I left a message for Monica advising that this is the last day, that I have faxed again, and asking her to please call me to confirm receipt of the information.

I received a letter on 10/29 saying my loan modification has been declined. Reason: no additional documentation received.

This is just completely unacceptable. If Ms. Gill had returned my calls, I could have sent the information overnight.
