Ripoff Refusal to honor refund, multiple promises of refund two contacts Charles and Trey no refund

I signed up to try their service because the web site promised full refund if not satisfied. On the same day, I requested a refund. I have received numerous e-mails from two men using the name "Charles" and "Trey" at their customer service.

Both maintain my refund will be forthcoming, but no refund. The initial request for refund was made on March 5. This is May 30th.

Copies of all correspondance will be happily forwarded to anyone interested or considering purchasing this program/service.
