Sears appliances and repair so bad - kenmore

I bought a dishwasher from Sear's a few weeks ago (KENMORE) and within the first 2 weeks there were many instances when some of the dishes didn't come clean and the dishes do not ever dry well. All in all the quality of this dishwasher seems very bad... Cheaply built. I finally called repair after 3 weeks of this and was told by one manager employee to call a number he gave me and have the dishwasher returned and by another manager that I had to have repair service come and look at the dishwasher before returning it. BUT said no one could come and look at it for 3 weeks!!! Good grief... If your repair date is that far out doesn't look good for Sears and certainly sounds like a whole lot of badly built appliances are being sold to their customers. I have had a dishwasher for 50 years and know how to load them so that would not be the problem. And i sure dont want a brand new dishwasher 'repaired'! But after reading many many customer comments I am just one of hundreds that are having the same problem!

Warning! Do not buy from sears! Anything! There is no-one who will help you find a solution to these problems. Clear up to the ceo! His office is the one who created this mess!
