Clarins
Never Treated so RUDELY

I visited the Clarins counter at Carsons in the Laurel Park mall in Livonia, Michigan today. I have never been treated to rudely in my life (except for the last time I was at that counter). The Clarins sales rep asked if she could help me, I told her "I'm just looking." She snapped, "Just looking for WHAT?!" I told her I was just looking at the products. She hovered about a foot from me and glared at me.
When I took the lid off of a jar and went to put some of the product on the back of my had she yelled, "that's unsanitary! No!" Like I was a 5 year old! We could not believe it. Then she opened a little drawer under the products and got out a small spatula. She snapped, "Use this! And use one of these every time, they are right in the drawer, they are always there, don't be unsanitary!"
It was completely insane, rude, and uncalled for. What an unbelievably nasty, rude, pushy. What is wrong with her? She should be fired. Immediately. No respect for customers at ALL, talked to me like I was a child.
Good luck with her. Her name was Kate. You have got to be kidding me. Who does she think she is??? She apparently thinks she is "above" respecting customers.
