We feel that you need to Train your Employees how to Respect their Customers and want to help them instead of being VERY RUDE and not wanting to help. First time ever going to Williams Gun Site today, Sunday Oct. 14 it will be the last time. And we drove hours getting there too! We walked out buying nothing cause of the way they treated us. Out of 3 Employees that my Husband tried talking to only one (Dave) wanted to help and answer his questions unlike the other two (Shannon I think his name was older big guy and don't know the other guy's name but he was young and at the hand gun counter) they were so rude they were not wanting to help or answer any questions at all. My Husband walked away from them. He told me never again we will return. How can you allow your Employees to treat your Customers like that. I saw other Employees treating the other Customers Rude as well! I read that you had Excellent Costumer Service on your Website what a JOKE! I also read a lot of complaints about your Employess from other former Customers of yours! Train your employees how to treat their customers with respect and care about them not just care about their paychecks!
