Delivery marked no one home though I stayed home daily

This is the worst mail delivery service ever! This is the 3rd time I have been home the whole day and did not hear anyone knock on my door, and they have not left any notification that they were here, yet they update the delivery status to say no one was home. They don't know anything about customer service.
