Dublin office mgr & staff rude

I walked into the store and was not greeted, I guess it would interrupt the staff joking around. I went to buy my daughter some soccer shoes but no one was there, and was never asked if I need help. I then went to pick out goalie gloves and shin pads. I went to seek out assistance and apparently it was the mgr I ran into and with unprofessionalism, insincerity was bothering her as if a regret for being there. I turned it down and left. Another staff member provided a condescending grin. I will never do business with Big 5, as now I will go where courtesy is highly predictable
