Delivery from the Brick - New Box Spring, mattress and dresse

Bought another home and wanted a few items like a new bed box spring and mattress along with a dresser. Also wanted a fridge, stove, dishwasher and recliner, but put that off to see how we make out with the new bed. Sales person told us delivery would be the following friday and the store did phone and confirm on the friday, shipping day that they would be here between 3 and 6 pm. Sounded good to me so we got rid of the old bed and gave our dresser to the sidewalk which was picked up quickly. Anyhow long story short it is 9:40 on friday and here i sit, no friggin bed, not a phone call to say we're running late, nothing. The sob's will never get another nickel outta me and i'll do my best to cancel what i did order.
