In late June I went to the Brooklyn location (which is no longer at that particuar location) at that time to purchase a inexpensive bedroom set with mattress. I know my budget and I was shown what I could get, which was a headboard with railing, a dresser with mirror and mattress with boxspring. I paid the amount in full. I was never told the merchandise was not in stock, but given a delivery date of the first week in July. Well that day came and went and not even a phone call. The next day I called the store to first find the person that sold me the furniture no longer worked there and my order was not in stock.

For the past couple of weeks I have called, emailled and even call their so-called home office. All I got was lies and empty promises to get me off the phone. I filed a report with BBB.

About a week ago I got a delivery of the head board, dresser and railing with no mattress or box spring. And mind you, you have to pay the delivery guys because supposely they do not work with the company, but are an outside vendor.

I am so frustrated with this whole transaction and I still don't have my mattress or box spring.

So everyone, please do not shop at any of these stores.

They will bait and switch you. The salesperson now is located in one of ther other stores now.

They will change prices on you while you are standing right there.

They will treat you with disrespect and say anything to get you off of the phone and out of the store. They have been paid and why should they care now.

And, as cheap as the furniture price was, the merchandise is even cheaper in quality.

I had to purchase another mattress and box spring as the furniture was for a room I have and one of my relatives is now staying with us.
