RIPOFF I ordered & paid $129.00 for printed t-shirts, never recieved them after 3 months, not answer phone now

I ordered cuctom printed t-shirts from Fred Cox at Express Customs on 10/15. At that time I paid a 40.00 deposit. He called me 4 weeks later & told meto send the balance of 89.00 to him so he could ship them out. After 3 weeks I called him & he told me they were made labeled & ready to go out monday.

That was 2 weeks ago. Trying to call him now, only results in answer machines & voice mail. No call backs & no t-shirts. I did get the canceled check though. What a BUM!!! Thanks for nothing Fred.
