Mel Stanger Paid for 200 shirts - Received only 70 shirts Ripoff

Mel Stanger promised to send me 200 shirts at $4.50/shirt. I sent a postal money order for $974. The additional amount covered shipping. Royal said they would ship the same day they received money order.

After about 2 weeks and numerous phone calls, I received 70 shirts. I called and Mel Stanger stated the other shirts were shipping from a different location. The other shirts were never received. Mel Stanger stated that UPS lost them. Gave me the run around for over 6 weeks.

Mel Stanger would never give me tracking numbers. He blamed everthing on UPS. I called about 20 times, knowing this guy was a con-man. His explanations were comical.

The last time I called he stated that he had already sent me a refund via certified mail. Of course, it never showed.

Total rip-off merchandiser.
