I placed my order for a pre-order package about 3 weeks before the release, I haven't recieved it yet, paid for express courier (1-2 business days). Sent an E-mail to Support, and recieved a response one day later stating: "We're unfortunately waiting on the shirts to be printed. We're going to be sending them out as soon as they are done. Thanks!

What's the point of a pre-sale (and costly express courier fees) if I won't be receiving my order until many days after the initial release of the product?! Also how unorganized of a company are you if you don't even have the items in stock or ready in packages ready to be shipped with many weeks notice!!??

First and Last time I will use Merchnow!
