Killing the writer, but at a great savings

When amazon.com first came on the scene and everyone was able to get ebooks, I was one of the first to join the bandwagon. As time went on, I'm very discouraged at how things are going. It appears anyone can publish now and the books are so bad that they can't even be grammatically correct. Sure, I can get a cheap Cuisinart, but I can't seen to find a good book.
